Due to the perishable nature of our frozen berries and food products, we cannot accept returns once items have left our facility. If you experience any issues with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a replacement or store credit.
Inspection
Examine your frozen berry packages immediately upon delivery or pickup to ensure they meet our quality standards and are still properly frozen.
Documentation
If there is damage or a quality concern, take clear photos of the product and the packaging labels to help us verify the batch information.

Resolution
